Dr. Pratt is a graduate of American University of the Caribbean. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is certified in Wound Care. Her previous work locations include the Princess Margaret Hospital, Bahamas, Bon Secours Cottage Hospital, and Bon Secours Family Practice. Dr. Pratt provides care to homebound patients all across southeastern  Michigan. She specializes in treating geriatric patients with a variety of  diagnoses which include General Medical Problems, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease and Angina, Diabetes, Alzheimer, Dementia, Stroke and other neurological disorders, Arthritis, chronic and other acute conditions.

Dr. McGuire is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine. She is Board Certified in Infectious Disease as well as Internal Medicine. Dr. McGuire has twenty years of experience in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, which includes a fellowship at the University of Michigan. Her previous work locations include the Detroit Medical Center and Oakwood Hospital. She has practiced home care since 1998, and is licensed to practice medicine in states of Michigan and New York.

Sue Brandel NP is a graduate of University of Michigan. She is wound care certified by the National Alliance of Wound Care.
Her previous work locations include Detroit Receiving Hospital in the department of Infectious Disease for over 20 years, and University Internal Medicine Specialist which is now University Physicians Group. Sue Brandel has been with Home Care Physicians since 2005. She sees patients for wound care, acute visits, and opens most new cases. Sue presently has privileges at Beaumont of Grosse Pointe Hospital.
